These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website utsavlink.com and the invite website services offered by UtsavLink (“UtsavLink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About our service

UtsavLink creates personalised invite websites - animated invitation websites, hosted at a shareable link, for Ganesh Chaturthi and other occasions. You choose a design, complete payment, and provide your event details, and we generate your invite website at its own invite link that you can share online, including on WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of forming a legally binding contract to place an order with us.

3. Orders and pricing

• A personalised invite website is priced at ₹99 per invite website, unless stated otherwise on the website at the time of purchase. Prices quoted on the site are exclusive of tax.
• GST at 18% is added at checkout, so the total payable for one invite website is ₹117 (₹99 + ₹18 GST, rounded to the nearest rupee). The full breakdown is shown on the checkout screen before you pay, and the total is the amount charged by the payment gateway.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed via UPI to ARHAM TECHNOLOGY (naman.domadia17@kotak). We do not store your bank login details on our servers.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified (valid UTR against your order).

4. Your details and content

To create your invitation, you provide information and content such as names, event date and time, venue, schedule, a personal message, and photographs (“Your Content”). You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the details you provide. Please review them carefully before submission.
• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share Your Content, including any photographs and the names of individuals featured.
• You grant UtsavLink a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your invitation.

5. Delivery of the service

Our product is delivered digitally. Once payment is successful and you have submitted your details, your invite website is published and your invite link is made available to you online, typically within minutes. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Cancellations and refunds

As our invitations are digital, personalised products that are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable once an order is placed, except in limited cases such as duplicate or failed payments. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to create, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or that violates the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content or order that, in our reasonable judgement, breaches these Terms or applicable law.

You also agree not to copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, or otherwise extract our designs, templates, artwork, animations, page source, or assets, whether manually or using any automated or artificial intelligence tool, and not to use them to train any model or to build, market, or operate a competing or substantially similar service. This applies to our design previews and to any invite website shared with you as a guest, as much as it does to an invite website you have paid for. Sharing your invite link with your guests is exactly what it is for; handing our designs to a third party to reproduce is not.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, templates, animations, graphics, layouts, text, logos, and other materials provided by UtsavLink are the intellectual property of UtsavLink and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your invite website for your own occasion. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our designs or templates. Your Content remains yours.

9. Third-party services

Our invitations and website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, mapping services, fonts, and hosting/content-delivery providers. Your use of those services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to ensure a smooth experience, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtsavLink’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your order or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold UtsavLink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
